At MTBS, customers always come first. That is why we will try our very best to ensure that all our customers are satisfied and walk away with smile on their faces. To guarantee that you receive a good product, we will go through 2 rounds of checking before the product reaches you.
We also understand that you might be concern about the wrong choice of colors and sizes when you order your items online – that is why we are offering this 1-for-1 exchange service for your benefit so that you can have a peace of mind when you shop online with MTBS.
All you have to do is take note of the following conditions for a successful 1-for-1 exchange!
Product Exchange Regulations
- Original receipt is required for product exchange within 1 week from date of purchase.
- Items must be brought down to our address for a 1-for-1 exchange. (Exception: For delivery requests, all postage fees should be paid by the customer.)
- Original product tag that is attached to the product should be intact and product should be in good condition
- Products sold are exchangeable and not refundable
EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS :
- Unused gloves (product tag should not be removed). For Fairtex gloves, we will inspect the item for any abnormal smell or signs of it being used before.
- Unused hand wraps (once item is out of its original packaging or form, it is considered a used product)
- Defective products (manufacturing problems – Stitching, printing, velcro and foam)
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS :
- Defective due to wear and tear
- Used products will not be exchangeable unless it is clearly a manufacturing fault.
- Products that is stained, scratched or not in new condition.
- Products purchased in promotions, events and special discounts
- All compression/inner wear, protective cups, mouthguards and wholesale equipment cannot be returned, even if they are new.
